First of all I really love have all the work you've done in the app !!!. In this PR I've done the following features:

• Update the code base to use Swift 4.0.2
• Update the code base to use RxSwift 4.0.0
• Replace the deprecated MapWithIndex, SkipWhileWithIndex and TakeWhileWithIndex with the use of enumerated(), and map.
• Replace all the uppercase Operator names to use the Swift recommended in lowercase.
• Fix issues with constraints regarding the new safeAreaLayout.
• Support for iPhone X.
• Replace the icons with the one in the App Store and added the missed 1024x1024 image.
• Fix the issue #9.

Swift 5 is coming soon so I think is a good option to keep the project updated to Swift 4.2 and Xcode 10.1. This PR can be resumed in the following:

• Upgrade RxSwift, RxCocoa to 4.4.1.
• Upgrade Crashlytics to 3.12.0.
• Upgrade Device to 3.1.2.

The SFSafariViewController doesn't open the webpage when app is installed and used for the the first time, however if we quit the app and reopen it, the SFSafariViewController seems to work fine 🤔 .

After the latest merge, app colors were broken on iOS 12 and below.

There is a fix for it. Instead of systemBackground which is so black, I've added a custom color (see screenshots).

Also, I have dropped iOS 9 and 10 support to be able to use Named Colors in Launch Screen storyboard. I think it's not a problem since we want to implement a Mac OS app.

The only thing left is the images. We need to fix some of them for dark mode.

I cloned the project successfully and did 'pod install'. Now when I'm trying to build RxMarbles.xcworkspace I'm getting issues with RxSwift.

A couple of gotchas here:

1. Fabric/Crashlytics don't seem to support Catalyst as of now. Should we enable it just for iOS? Not sure if there are many other options if at all

2. Some colors could be nicer, for example the blue actions aren't really the best tint for dark mode, etc.

3. Ignore the code signing stuff and changed Bundle ID, I'll revert them a bit later.

Feel free top take this branch and run your own changes on top of it.
