UdpConnection
A Combine-style wrapper around Network's NWConnection with a UDP protocol
Usage:
let connection = UdpConnection.live(url: yourUrl, queue: yourDispatchQueue)
// Send with
connection.send(data)
// Receive by subscribing to the receiveDataPublisher
let receiver = connection.receiveDataPublisher
.sink(
receiveCompletion: { completion in
