Pausing a video sometimes fast forwards it

Bug report: Sometimes when you tap the “II” button to pause the video, the video will fast forward.
I can reproduce this on MEGA app videos & I believe I’ve seen this behavior a couple of times in other apps that I can’t remember.
Device: iPhone X - iOS 14.3 - unc0ver
